Movement · Conversation · Belonging

Move together. Connect locally.

Humanity Dash helps communities bring people together through free, welcoming run, walk or wheel gatherings. Each Dash starts with local people, a simple route and a reason to connect.

It begins with a welcome, moves at each person’s pace, and leaves room for conversation.

The idea

A small gathering with a wider purpose.

01 / MOVE

An accessible way in

People choose whether to run, walk or wheel and how far to go. Participation matters more than pace.

02 / CONNECT

Time to talk

A simple welcome and time afterwards help neighbours meet, listen and make new connections.

03 / BELONG

Shaped by the place

Local volunteers and partners choose a useful purpose, suitable setting and a format their community can sustain.

Where it began

Nantwich Dabbers Dash

Our working example is a free monthly gathering at Barony Park. People can choose one, two or three laps, with no official timing. Local organisations have used the morning to open conversations about health, wellbeing and inclusion.
